Anakos Diabetes Wellness (the "Blog" or "Website"), located at https://anakosdiabeteswellness.blogspot.com/, is owned and operated by Akore Odion, under Anakos United Nig. Ltd., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with its principal place of business in Lagos, Nigeria ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company").

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users and visitors to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how we handle claims of copyright infringement on the Blog in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17 U.S.C. § 512, and our general copyright policy. 2. Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed)

If material you posted on the Blog was removed or access was disabled in response to a DMCA takedown notice, and you believe the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Your counter-notification must contain all of the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
Your email address.

Send the counter-notification to the same DMCA Agent listed above.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide a copy to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10–14 business days that the original complainant has filed an action seeking a court order against you, we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to disable and/or terminate access to the Blog for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
